Cancelation Policy
Deposits are 100% non-refundable and go towards the cost of procedure but you will forfeit your deposit if you CANCEL your appointment, no exceptions. You may however, reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit if you give at least a 24-hour notice.
An additional deposit will be required to make a NEW appointment reservation if you cancel. If 2 appointments are missed or canceled, payment in full for services scheduled will be due prior to the scheduled date. DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WITHIN 24 HOURS.
Rescheduling & Late Policy
To avoid unfair delays to my clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule. Please allow yourself enough time to find my location and to deal with traffic.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please reschedule if you are starting to feel sick! Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours in advance notice is required.

If you DO NOT reschedule you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $75 deposit fee to secure your appointment. Please e-mail or text to cancel and reschedule to protect yourself as well as myself and other clients. If your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel and reschedule. Equally, if there is severe weather, please do not travel if you feel it puts you in danger. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations as long as you reschedule.

Any client that does NOT show up/NO Call for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit ad will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please Note:
Prices are subject to change. Clients that have had Permanent Makeup performed by another technician will be charged the full price for the first visit with me regardless of the procedure.
